Q: Can you help me deal with my insurance company?
A: "Yes. We work closely and amicably with all insurance companies. You just need to call your insurance company and say your car is in our facility. We take over from there."
Q: My insurance company wants me to use their repair shop directly. Must I? Should I?
A: "Not if you don’t want to. It’s your right to choose any repair shop you’d like. Insurance companies may try to steer you toward direct repair shops that agree to repair vehicles and charge the insurance companies less money. These shops make their profit on volume, not quality. We work for the customer, not the insurance company. That allows us to have more options and offer more choices. The repairs are done to our high standards."
Q: Will you detail my car when you’re through?
A: "Yes, we clean, detail and vacuum every car when it's completed."
Q: How long will my repair take?
A: "A typical repair is three days—a day to do the body repair, a day in the paint shop and a day for reassembly and clean up."
Q: Can you arrange a rental or loaner car?
A: "Yes. Just ask us and we’ll start the rental process for you to use while yours is being repaired."
