Q: How much is my remodeling project going to cost?
A: "That depends on the particulars of the project. We’ll visit your home or site, take measurements and notes, and provide a free estimate."
Q: How long will the job take?
A: "The schedule is largely dependent on how timely you are in selecting finishes. Most delays are caused by customers putting off decisions. We provide a detailed schedule at the start of every project that breaks down everything that’s to be accomplished each week, what decisions have to made, and when the job will be complete. If we’re late on completing the job, you’ll be refunded a specific amount of money set out in the contract for every day that we’re not finished."
Q: Do you use subcontractors?
A: "We handle all carpentry, framing and minor foundation work in-house. We do subcontract out for specialty work, because we want qualified specialists working on our projects."
Q: Do you provide references?
A: "Yes. We’ll give you a list of references along with the proposal. And there’s always Diamond Certified’s website, which will give you an excellent sense of the depth and scope of our experience and how satisfied our customers are."
