Q: Can you help me design my project?
A: "Yes. We’re a full-service contractor, so we can design your project and even provide architectural and structural drawings."
Q: What’s your approach to quality control?
A: "Our owner, Patrick Kavanagh, is always onsite and available to answer questions or address concerns that come up during the job. He personally trains all our employees, which means everyone who works on your project has the same mindset and will work hard to accomplish your goals."
Q: On what basis do you bill for your work? Do you require a down payment?
A: "We never take deposits on jobs. Instead, we work out all our invoices on a percentage basis that’s in direct correlation to the work we’ve accomplished. For example, if a job costs $380,000, we’ll send invoices in increments of $12,000."
Q: What kind of warranty do you provide?
A: "We provide the standard one-year warranty mandated by the State of California, but we also understand the importance of being flexible. For example, we’ve returned to projects and fixed things 10 years after they were completed because we want to keep positive relationships with those clients."
Q: Do you employ Green business practices?
A: "Yes, we implement Green building practices whenever possible. This includes using environmentally-friendly materials, recycling our construction waste and installing energy-efficient windows."
