Q: Do you complete your projects on time?
A: "We have a very good history of completing projects on time. We make sure projects are scheduled properly and not started before materials are verified for arrival."
Q: How do you find your subcontractors? Do you take bids?
A: "No, we don’t take bids. We’ve been using our subcontractors for many years—in some cases, more than 20. We know they’re good, and we know what we’re going to get, because we’ve already built a rapport."
Q: Do you have a home maintenance program?
A: "Yes. We’ll come to a home once or twice a year, depending on which program you choose. We check all the angle stops, sinks and washing machine connections. We’ll go through all the neglected areas of your home that could potentially suffer long-term damage, like dry rot, which isn’t covered by insurance. If we see areas where water is penetrating, we’re able to bring them to the owner’s attention. Our goal is to help prevent any long-term costs due to unanticipated damage to the home."
Q: Will I ever see my project manager?
A: "Yes. There’s a project manager assigned to every project. You’ll have their cell phone number, and you can always call our owner, Kenneth Turnage, if your needs aren’t being met."
Q: What about getting a rental car?
A: "If you have coverage for one, we can help with that. We arrange pick-up and drop-offs for our customers’ convenience."
