Howard Robbins Construction Co. Frequently Asked Questions

Q: I’m a stay-at-home mom. Will I feel comfortable around your work crews?
A: "Absolutely. We’re very conscientious about hiring quality people. We insist they dress properly and avoid foul language, loud music and smoking. Our subcontractors are people who’ll be respectful of you and your family. Many of them have worked with us for a long time. But if you ever do have a concern, please be assured we’ll make every effort to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Don’t ever hesitate to speak to the site foreman, or pick up the phone and call our office."
Q: Will your employees respect my property?
A: "Most certainly. If there’s something that happens to be in the way or that we fear might get damaged, we’ll carefully move it or protect it in some way. It’s our pledge to you that we’ll clean up after ourselves and minimize our impact in every way possible."
Q: What can you do to help us stay within our budget?
A: "At Howard Robbins Construction Company, we like to be involved in the design stage of the project. By participating and consulting with the owner, architect and other project consultants right from the beginning, we can help develop a workable plan that’ll realistically fit your budget—one that allows us to build the project in an orderly fashion without cost overruns."
Q: What happens if we want to add or change something during the construction process?
A: "We’ll discuss the best course of action and then issue a change order that’ll be incorporated into the work process and payment schedule."
