Q: Do you use subcontractors?
A: "We use our own employees for everything except asbestos removal. By law, we must use a contractor that’s approved to do that kind of work."
Q: Are your employees trustworthy?
A: "Yes. All our employees are background-checked and drug-tested. They wear uniforms and arrive at your home in our green company trucks."
Q: Do your employees speak English?
A: "Yes. Everybody speaks English, and there are a few bilingual people on our team as well."
Q: Are you insured?
A: "Absolutely. We’re fully insured."
Q: Do you always have a foreman on the job?
A: "Yes. We have a lead man for the onsite management of every project."
Q: Do you provide a maintenance program?
A: "Yes. This includes servicing solar systems and cleaning modules and collectors, as well as servicing furnaces and hot water heaters, air conditioners, forced-air handlers, and so forth. We’ll also check duct work, change filters and make sure everything is working properly."

A: "We’re an ambitious group of men. Besides our training and expertise in HVAC and solar, we have extensive backgrounds in engineering.
