Q: You say you’re smaller than big box stores. Do you have everything I’ll need for my project?
A: "“We have a huge inventory. Some items may need to be specially ordered, but it takes very little time. Big box stores are enormous, but much of that floor-space is dedicated to lesser-used items. We keep over 43,000 of the most commonly requested items in stock. Odds are, we’ll have what you need.”"
Q: Do you have Green products?
A: "Yes. We’re the only Certified Green home improvement center in Marin. We carry over 2,500 green products and we’re adding roughly 25 each month."
Q: Can you help me carry my merchandise to the car?
A: "Absolutely. Just ask and we’ll assist you."
Q: Do you deliver?
A: "Yes, for a reasonable charge."
Q: Can I bring in a swatch of fabric or chip of paint for you to match?
A: "Sure. We can match just about anything and get you the color you want. We offer two leading paint brands, Ace and Glidden."
Q: Do you have any ongoing special discount programs?
A: "We do. Seniors get a 10% discount every Wednesday. Students and Teachers always get a 15 percent discount. And if you come in on your birthday, you’ll get 15 % off. These programs apply to all eligible, non-sale merchandise."
