Glenn Fricker Construction, Inc. Frequently Asked Questions

Q: How long does a job usually take to complete?
A: "It depends on the scope of the job, but from years of experience—and with the help of records from past projects—I can give you a good idea of what the timeline will be."
Q: How much will my project cost?
A: "I can put together a rough budget in a couple of days. Given a week, I can put together a more detailed budget, as long as you supply me with accurate details."
Q: Do you use subcontractors?
A: "Yes. I inform my clients that I’m not opposed to using the subcontractors they recommend, or ones who have lower costs. I’m willing to get several bids on different aspects of a job, but I have very good subcontractors that I work with on a regular basis. If we stick with them, the job usually gets done better and quicker."
Q: How often are you on the job?
A: "I generally visit each jobsite three or four times a week for at least an hour or two, and I’m always accessible and available to my clients. In addition to myself, I have employees who’ve been with me for years and are very good at overseeing projects on a day-to-day, hour-by-hour basis."
Q: Do you handle the permit process?
A: "Yes. We pull all the permits at no charge to our clients."
