Q: Do you use subcontractors?
A: "We have one subcontractor we sometimes use for water stain removal, but other than that, we use our own employees. Our core personnel are full-time and work year round. If needed, we hire temporary employees for the summer season, but they go through a two-week training course before being sent out on any job."
Q: Do you carry insurance?
A: "Yes. We have a $1 million liability policy, and we carry workers’ compensation for all our employees."
Q: Are your employees drug tested?
A: "Yes. Working aloft is dangerous, and we can’t afford mishaps."
Q: Do you also clean windows on the inside of a property?
A: "Yes. When we’re inside, our employees wear protective booties and keep the interior of your home or business clean. We prefer to clean both inside and out, because that’s the proper way to do it. It doesn’t make sense to clean a window’s outside and leave the inside dirty."
Q: How do you charge for your services?
A: "We charge per pane for both inside and outside windows. Doing both is only slightly more expensive than doing one. We have an estimator page on our website where you can calculate what our services will cost."
Q: Do you work weekends?
A: "Yes, and there’s no additional charge for weekend work."
