A: "Yes. We help people determine the condition of the used vehicle in which they’re interested and help them negotiate a fair price based on the results of that information. During that process, if we see something in the inspection we don’t like, we’ll stop and call the client to ask if they want us to follow through with the remainder of the testing. We won’t continue if they decide against purchasing the vehicle."
