Q: Do you do field service work?
A: "Yes. We have a storefront location in Hayward, but we also travel all over the Bay Area to service customers’ needs. We have fully equipped vans and technicians who can come to your business or home and take care of anything from rekeying locks or replacing padlock keys to helping with automotive lockouts."
Q: Do you provide automotive transponders?
A: "Yes. We offer low fees and have the materials and resources to do laser-cut keys for most late-model cars. We can do keyless entry work as well. These services depend on the year, make and model of your vehicle, but we can handle the majority of cars that are currently on the road."
Q: Do you carry high-security locks?
A: "Yes, we carry a variety of brands. The highest level and most popular is the Medeco brand. We carry a large stock of those and can order any model they sell."
Q: Do you work with real estate management companies?
A: "Yes. We’ve been doing work with the biggest property management companies in the East Bay for decades."
Q: Do you do security evaluations?
A: "Yes, and the low fee we charge for the evaluation can be applied to the work that’s done."
Q: How long does it take to rekey a residential lock?
A: "For a standard, residential-grade lock, it takes five to 10 minutes per cylinder."
