A: "It depends on how large your firm is and whether you have the capability to run a Microsoft Exchange server. Microsoft Exchange is a great system, but there’s a cost to installing and running it, so it may not be right for smaller firms. We can identify the right solution to meet your needs."
Q: What type of firewalls and network security do you recommend?
A: "It depends on the type of connection you have (DSL or T1), how sensitive you are to security and what budget you have available. Generally, we recommend Cisco systems, but there are less expensive options that are right for certain firms."
Q: Do you provide after-hours service?
A: "Yes. We can work at night and over weekends. We’ll do whatever the job requires."
Q: What kind of backup systems do you recommend?
A: "There are a wide variety of solutions. Generally, we do either tape or online backup. But the most important thing is to have a robust backup system in place."
