A: "Yes. We’re highly trained in vehicle refinishing, and all our painters are certified in color matching. Each year, when the new models come out, our painters go to special training to become certified in the new colors and paints."

A: "We can often straighten out small dents and dings by applying suction from the car’s exterior. No repainting is required, just some waxing."
Q: Can your repair a bent frame?
A: "Yes, we have a laser frame measuring system that allows us to straighten frames back to their original factory tolerances."
Q: Do I have to use the auto body shop my insurance company recommends?
A: "No. California law states that you can use any auto body shop you choose. If you take your car to the shop recommended by your insurance company, that shop is working for the insurance company, not for you. They’ll repair the car in the way the insurance company tells them, perhaps with used parts or subpar refinishing. You want a shop that looks out for your interests."
