Q: Do you use original equipment manufacturer (OEM) parts?
A: "Yes, whenever we can. However, insurance companies will often only pay for aftermarket parts. When that happens, we let the customer know and explain the options."
Q: Do you offer a shuttle service?
A: "Yes, anywhere within 10 miles of our San Ramon shop."
Q: Do you offer rental cars?
A: "We can arrange for rental cars from Hertz, which is only a quarter-mile away, or Enterprise."
Q: Will you store my car indoors?
A: "Yes, at night we bring all the cars into the shop for additional security."
Q: Can you handle my insurance paperwork?
A: "Yes. All we need from you is a claim number and we can take it from there."
Q: Do you give free estimates?
A: "Yes, and you don’t need an appointment."
