Q: How quickly can you complete my order?
A: "Our typical turnaround time is about two weeks, but if you need your order sooner than that, we can expedite our services to meet your deadline."
Q: If I’m ordering bulk clothing, should I base my decision on specific sizes or general quantity?
A: "There are two ways to order in bulk. The first is if you’re ordering for a specific target, like employees who need uniforms. In that case, it’s best to compile the clothing size of each employee and order accordingly. The second is if you’re ordering for an event or another general purpose. For these situations, we’ll create an order with all the standard clothing sizes (small, medium, large, extra large) and modify it based on your projections. It helps to know the particular group you’re dealing with—if you’re ordering shirts for a school, for example, you can often limit your order to a few specific sizes."
Q: What type of garments do you use?
A: "We offer a wide variety of garments, so the type we use for your order really depends on how much you’re willing to spend. We have regular-quality shirts that sell very well, but we also have high-quality shirts if you’d prefer. We’ll show you all your garment options when you place the initial order."
Q: Can you print a specific image on a single piece of clothing for a special occasion?
A: "We can’t do that in-house, but we work with an associate who can. It has to be done with a special printer and ink, so it costs a bit more than normal screen printing, but the end result is really unique. If you want a full-color photo of you and your family on a t-shirt, for example, we can make that happen."
Q: What’s the best way to decorate my shirts?
A: "There are about 10 different ways to decorate a shirt, and the one we use for your project depends on your desires and how much you’re willing to spend. For a small order, we usually use a process called ‘direct imagery.’ If it’s a large order, we might want to go with a screen print or a direct transfer made out of vinyl. It really depends on the situation."
