Q: Do you do Green building?
A: "Yes. We’re Green certified by the National Association of the Remodeling Industry (NARI). We work to use sustainable resources, minimize waste and reduce toxic byproducts that result from our work. Our goal is to lessen the environmental impact of our work and decrease our customers’ utility bills in the process."
Q: Are you certified to handle lead paint?
A: "Yes, we’re EPA renovation, repair and painting (RRP) lead-safe certified. That means we can work on houses that were built before 1978."
Q: How long will my job take to complete?
A: "That depends on the project. Once we have an understanding of the total project, we’ll give you an estimate of how long it will take."
Q: What’s your process for remodeling jobs?
A: "We begin every project with a detailed consultation to better understand the client’s goals and expectations. Then, after conducting an onsite survey, our designers will sit down with the client to discuss their ideas and calculate a cost estimate. After an extensive evaluation, we then develop a detailed design plan and a payment and work schedule. Our mission is to devise a flexible project timeline that minimizes the inconvenience of the construction process."
