Q: Is your work seasonal?
A: "No. We have to stage our projects differently in winter, but we work year round. Many customers find we’re a bit more cost effective during the off season."
Q: Do you offer any alternative decking materials?
A: "Yes. In fact, we were one of the first Marin County companies to actively promote Green alternative decking materials almost a decade ago. We did our own research and installed Trex, Timbertech and Pau Lope products in our own home to adequately test them before offering them to our customers."
Q: Can you design an arbor for me?
A: "Yes. We enjoy designing unique arbors for our customers, and we have many styles on display at our San Rafael showroom. All the materials we use for arbors and trellises are hand selected to guarantee beautiful results."
Q: Do you offer any warranties?
A: "Yes, we offer a one-year warranty on materials and a lifetime guarantee on our workmanship."
