A: "Rather than sell ourselves, we prefer you check us out for yourself. Research our contractor’s license, Diamond Certified status and record with the Better Business Bureau. We want you to trust us because of our record."
Q: Can you give me a bargain on carpet cleaning?
A: "If you want the absolute cheapest company, we may not be it. Some companies promise the cheapest prices above all else, but they can’t offer the quality we do. We’re reasonably priced and do the best work, so we feel we offer the best value."
Q: What services do you offer?
A: "We offer carpet, upholstery and rug cleaning; carpet repair; natural stone care; tiling and grouting; and exterior stone care."
Q: Are you insured?
A: "We’re fully licensed and insured, including general liability insurance, workers’ compensation insurance, and complete auto coverage. We also hold a California contractor’s license. ’Our insurance is reassuring to customers, ’but we’re also extraordinary careful with belongings. In 20 years, we haven’t once had to put in a claim for damages."
