Q: Do you maintain a clean worksite?
A: "Yes. After we complete the demolition phase of a project, we haul away all the debris. We clean the jobsite every day and use plastic sheeting, floor coverings and other measures to control dust."
Q: How will my jobsite be supervised?
A: "A foreman will be onsite at all times, and our owner, Frank Carrasco, visits each jobsite at least once a day."
Q: How long will my job take to complete?
A: "That depends on the job. Paving a driveway might take a week, and a kitchen remodel might take a month. But once we start, we don’t stop until the project is completed. We don’t start work and then disappear for days at a time—we’ll work your project until it’s done."
Q: Are you qualified to handle lead paint?
A: "Yes, we’re EPA certified and equipped to safely remove lead paint from buildings."
