Q: Can you give estimates over the phone?
A: "That depends on the job. For example, if it’s a simple job like putting up a fence, we can quote you a price for various fencing materials. But for more complex jobs, we have to come out and perform an inspection before we can give an accurate estimate."
Q: Are your estimates negotiable?
A: "Generally not. Our estimates are based on fair market prices for your community. We probably won’t be the most expensive or the least expensive bid you’ll receive; we’ll be right in the middle. But we can always work with you to bring the price down by using different materials or coming up with a more efficient design."
Q: Do you offer any package deals?
A: "Yes, we have remodeling deals where we can perform landscaping as part of an overall project."
Q: Do you work all over the Bay Area?
A: "Most of our work is in Solano and Contra Costa Counties, but we do work in San Francisco, Marin and Alameda Counties as well."
