Q: How do we get the process started?
A: "Come in and see us. Bring all the relevant information, including any sketches or digital photos. Or just come in to talk; we're happy to help with ideas and direction. We'll sit down and start running through options."
Q: How do I choose which cabinets are right for me?
A: "Aesthetically, the most important decision is the material. The range of choices is getting bigger every day. We can help you with this decision. But generally, here are a few questions you should answer for yourself: • What colors do you like? Do you prefer light or dark, or a complementary combination? Do you prefer a more prominent wood grain or more subtle? Do you want a stain finish that shows off the natural wood characteristics or do you prefer a painted finish? • Are having cabinets that are easy to clean a high priority? • Do you like natural products like stone and wood, with the variations and inconsistencies which occur in nature and give them the characteristics that make them unique; or do you prefer synthetic products, which are more consistent and uniform in appearance?"
Q: Do you offer total kitchen design?
A: "Yes. Our kitchen designers can walk you through an entire kitchen remodeling project. They can also help you with your bathroom, office or other room remodeling project."
Q: Do you have references or referrals?
A: "Yes. We can provide a list of customers in the area who would be happy to tell you about their experiences with us."
Q: Should I visit your showroom?
A: "Yes, if possible. Cabinetry is one of the most important features in your home, and something you’ll live with every day, likely for a very long time. Ideally, it should not be purchased from a catalog. Getting to know you helps us to guide you through the process. We also have a number of counter tops on display with each of the cabinet displays, which can be helpful in selecting a counter top material."
