Q: I didn’t get in an accident; I’d just like a paint job. Is that possible?
A: "We do paint jobs, too. You can even take a photo, email it to us with some other information, and we’ll email back an estimate."
Q: Can I see cars you’ve worked on?
A: "Yes, there are plenty of pictures on the “showcase” portion of our website."
Q: Do you offer a warranty?
A: "Yes. One year on parts, five years on labor."
Q: Do you use aftermarket parts?
A: "We can, but we prefer original equipment manufacturer (OEM) parts. Aftermarket parts don’t always fit quite right and the metal quality is different. OEM parts are slower to rust. But we’ll honor your choice—aftermarket is, after all, much less expensive, and at times it's a good choice."
