Often, other tree service companies will come out, do the estimate and go over the nuances of what the client wants. Then they send an entirely different person to do the job—someone who has no idea what the initial conversation was about—and it doesn’t get done correctly."

A: "Yes. I’m on site for the entire job, and I make sure everything is very conscientiously done."
