Q: Do you give written estimates?
A: "Yes. We’ll write a repair order so you can use it to compare with other shops."
Q: How much will my repair cost?
A: "After we’ve diagnosed the problem, we’ll give you an estimate, either over the phone or in writing. Most customers who do comparison shopping come back and have us repair their cars."
Q: How long will my repair take?
A: "It depends on what needs to be fixed, but we try to get repairs done as quickly as possible. The biggest cause of delays is waiting for parts, but we do everything possible to make sure they arrive on time. On occasion, we’ll even drive out to pick up a part."
Q: Isn’t it better to go to a dealer for repairs?
A: "Using a qualified, independent technician is just as good as going to a dealer, and it’s less expensive. We’re trained to service Jaguars and Land Rovers just like a dealership. Also, using an independent repair shop won’t invalidate your warranty."
