Q: Do you handle insurance issues?
A: "Yes. We can coordinate and process most claims, even if we don’t participate in the insurers’ preferred provider programs."
Q: Will the treatment you recommend be painful?
A: "We don’t do any work until we know our patients are thoroughly anesthetized. We also discuss the treatment process in advance, so there are no surprises."
Q: Will the radiation from x-rays affect me?
A: "We’re an all-digital office and only use digital x-rays. We always explain that digital x-rays expose patients to about 90 percent less radiation than traditional x-rays."
Q: Do you have any financing plans?
A: "Yes. We offer third party financing for qualified patients through a program called CareCredit®."
Q: Do you do tooth-colored fillings?
A: "Yes. I don’t believe in putting mercury (amalgam) fillings in the mouth with the new processes that are available."
Q: Do you do full mouth restoration?
A: "Yes. That can entail crowns, veneers, inlays, onlays, porcelain bridges, composite fillings, root canals, and Invisalign orthodontia treatments."
Q: Do you offer tooth whitening?
A: "We do offer in-office tooth whitening, and we can also provide the take-home whitening treatment kit."
Q: How do you handle orthodontia?
A: "We use Invisalign treatments to correct malocclusion and improve periodontal health. For more complicated cases, we can recommend an orthodontist for more traditional or extensive treatment plans."
