Q: How long will it take to start work? How long will the job take to complete?
A: "That all depends on the details of the project: the scope, the time of year, whether or not we have the materials in stock, the weather and so on. We usually have most materials in stock, but if we have to fabricate a wrought iron fence, that takes some time. When we give you a price estimate, we’ll also provide a start date estimate and determine how long the project will take to complete."
Q: Do you clean up after the job is complete?
A: "Yes, we’ll clean the grounds and haul away all the waste and excess material. If the job extends over several days, we may leave material overnight, but we’ll straighten it up and keep an orderly appearance."
Q: Do you have pictures of past jobs?
A: "Yes, our sales representative will bring a portfolio of our past work that you can review."
Q: Do you run background checks on your employees?
A: "All our salespeople have been background checked, but we don’t run background checks on our work crews, because they’ve all been with us for many years. Also, all our drivers have clean DMV records."
