Q: I worry about sloppy workers and a messy job site. How can I be sure Alamo Painting will accommodate me?
A: "A sloppy worker is indicative of poor workmanship in general. We’re adamant that job sites are kept clean at the end of every workday. We go to great lengths to make sure no paint goes where it doesn't belong. We thoroughly mask all surfaces, move furniture from areas we need to paint and vacuum those areas when we're done. When we leave a job site, we make sure everything is in as good—if not better—shape than when we arrived. We respect that we’re working on other people's property."
Q: I have a really busy schedule. Can you accommodate it?
A: "We work very hard to accommodate everyone's schedule. That’s why we encourage people to get their estimates as far in advance as possible."
Q: I’m not great with colors. Can you help?
A: "That’s a common request—and actually something we really enjoy working on. I tell people not to stress about color. We’ll give them a free color consultation and put up color samples for you—actual paint, not just pictures of paint like the little cards in the paint store. We want customers to choose colors that suit their lifestyle, their emotional outlook, and all the little things that go into making a home a personal and individual place. Instead of being stressful, choosing colors actually becomes a fun adventure."
Q: What about wallpaper?
A: "The same approach to color applies to wallpaper: we're happy to work with you. It seems like the trend right now has moved away from wallpaper and more toward faux painting and other decorative applications. But wallpaper application is out there and there are still abundant choices of fabric, color and design. That's something we're more than happy to work with."
