Q: How long will my project take to complete?
A: "It depends on the project, but we’ll give you a solid time estimate that will probably be shorter than you think. We’ll finish on time, if not ahead of schedule."
Q: Do you maintain a clean worksite?
A: "Absolutely. We understand you’ll be living or working on the site, so we strive to make it as habitable as possible. We bring in our own dumpster and clean up our debris every day. When we’re working inside, we put down floor coverings and dust controls each morning, and then we gather them back up and clean every evening."
Q: Are your employees trustworthy?
A: "Yes. Our team has been together for a while. At the start of the job, we’ll introduce our entire team to you, so you’ll be familiar with them on a first-name basis."
Q: Do you offer any guarantees?
A: "We offer a one-year workmanship guarantee, but if something ever goes wrong because of our work, we’ll make it right even after the guarantee has expired."
