Kent Ramirez started doing business as KR Design & Construction in early 2005, after nine years hands-on experience in the industry. He learned the construction trade from his father, who mentored him in every aspect of the business - from working in the field to overseeing jobs to running the office.

KR Design and Construction is a design and build company that handles remodels, drafting, addition work, as well as new construction. Mr. Ramirez possesses both a Contractor’s License and a degree in architecture. The latter allows him to understand jobs from both a design and structural point of view. He is able to design and customize to meet the customer’s needs.

The company is small and family run, and is dedicated to working on one job at a time and staying within budget. Each job is supervised by one of the owners to ensure quality and clear communication with the client. KR Design and Construction is a member of the National Association of Remodeling Industry, B.B.B., and is a Certified Green Building Professional.
