Expect the personal trainer to ask you what your short and long-term goals are, what your past exercise regimen entailed, and discuss some aspects of nutrition. Be sure to inform your trainer about your previous injuries and medical history. Once you start the workout, the trainer should demonstrate proper technique and exercises that will help you reach your goals.
