To further differentiate itself from its competition, Western Auto Body extends its services to fleets, businesses and local government organizations that are too busy to wait for their cars to be repaired. “Our fleet customers like us because we’ll pick up their cars and drop them off when the work is done,” explains Mr. Ludeman. “They really appreciate the way we’re able to take care of everything.”
