Unlike transportation companies that hire outside mechanics to service their vehicles, Royal Coach Tours has its own repair facility and performs all vehicle maintenance in-house, which allows it to uphold high standards for safety and performance. “Having our own repair facility is just another example of our industry experience,” says Mr. Lee. “When a vehicle has a problem, we can address it immediately instead of waiting for answers. We also have a training department that teaches our drivers valuable customer service practices and safe driving methods. We want to make sure we do everything the ‘Royal Coach way.’”
One of the most distinguishing features of Royal Coach Tours is its extensive range of vehicles, which vary in size from six-passenger SUVs to deluxe motorcoaches that can fit up to 56 people. “We always maintain a fleet of 50 to 60 vehicles,” says Mr. Lee. “That way, we can accommodate all types of groups and occasions. We can provide Lincoln Navigators for winery tours and other small events, but we’ve also supplied transportation for very large events, with passengers that number in the thousands. That type of range really benefits our clients, because they can plan their events without having to compromise on transportation.”
