Instead of charging by the slab, Marble City Company charges only for the materials it uses—an uncommon industry practice that’s designed to save customers money. “If a client uses two and a half slabs of material, for example, that’s what we charge them for, not three slabs,” says Mr. Gourji. “We’re always looking to provide our customers with the best deals.”
