The company utilizes its design/build capabilities to handle every step of its customers’ remodeling, addition and new construction projects, including tile and hardwood floor installation, foundation work, deck and fence building, and more. “Once we determine what our clients want, we can draw up designs that meet their needs and fit their budget,” adds Mr. Dalk.
 
Unlike construction companies that are forced to limit their services because of a lack of training or equipment, JD Building has the in-house capabilities to accommodate almost any request. “We even have a workshop where we can build custom cabinetry and alter prefabricated wood pieces to fit clients’ homes,” says Mr. Dalk. “We’re also experienced in stone and metal work, including fireplace mantels, closet organizers, and custom decorative pieces.”
