Originally Roberts Manufacturing of San Francisco, Roberts Electric, Inc. has been a fixture in Oakland for over 70 years. Since 1960, it has been owned and operated by Dan Pitcock and his family. Roberts Electric is one of the most versatile companies in the industry, with expertise in all types of residential and commercial wiring plus telecommunications and network cabling.

“We believe the key to excelling in our industry is good, solid, consistent performance. Roberts’ employees recognize that they are being invited into people’s homes and businesses to improve their quality of life. We are there to create value, not problems! We strive to be efficient, neat, organized, and to do things to our customer’s satisfaction and according to our own high standards. From basic electrical wiring to high-end lighting design, we insist on attention to detail and superior workmanship. Our managers visit job sites and listen to any concerns or questions the customer might have. Plus, we make it a point to follow up when the job is completed. If a problem arises or there is something that the client is unhappy with, we will take care of it quickly. Continuing to be recommended to others is our greatest reward.”
