In an age where there are Columbine-type situations going on, it is a relief to know that this group of professionals are on the job. Also, my front-desk receptionists are quite petite in stature and often must wait until someone is available in the mailroom to come down to get shipments. However, some of the guys in security take it upon themselves to assist the receptionist in picking up heavy packages.
