Engineered Soil Repairs, Inc. is a design/build construction company that provides practical, cost-effective solutions to soil-related problems through their vast experience in engineering and construction. It was founded in 1992 by current owners Steve O’Connor, Bill Gibson, Mark Wilhite and Morgan Anderson. Engineered Soil Repairs’ clients include home owners, property managers, attorneys, architects, other engineers and contractors. They serve all of the San Francisco Bay Area and most of Northern California.

The company has a complete staff of engineers, which enables them to do in-house engineering on all projects. In addition, they staff experienced construction crews to perform the work from start to finish. This design/build approach allows the client to work with only one entity. However, if desired, Engineered Soil Repairs will prepare bids based on plans designed by others and will work with outside design professionals in developing cost-effective repairs.
